Muscles Tightness for Tmj
I am a patient of Tmj disorder including neck pain and back pain. My muscles are alaways tight and painful. They become more tight after my some stretching exercises. So how can I come back my normal reluxed and calmed muscles? Please help me.

Hello sir Plz apply ice for 15 min and don't stop stretching exercises...long term it's beneficial for you TMJ joint .. thanks

TMJ problem could be due to numerous reasons which has to found for appropriate treatment. If there is muscle spasms then the chance of these muscles becoming tight after stretching is common. You would need a trained manual physiotherapist to fix this problem.
