Tmj disorder
My doctor said to me that I have Tmj disorder. So they started measuring me...and then they said I have also following problems.... 1) Overjet increased, 2) mid line shifted to left side, 3)generalised attrition, 4)lateral tounge scalloping, 5) face rotated clockwise, 6) neck tilted right side, 7)right shoulder drop 8) right facial hypertrophy 9)forward head posture. So what should I do now for improving myself. Please Please please help me.

It seems like you have type 2 skeletal maloculusion.  You need orthodontic treatment, most probably the Orthognathic surgery of maxillary setback. After that you may also need the post surgical orthodontic appliances (braces). Have your treatment done before your bones start degenerating.
