I am a patient of tmj disorder and as a result my doctor said to me to eat soft foods and some beneficial yoga exercise. Can you please make  daily routine for me for this condition and speedy recovery?

Hi,along with the night guard, you must ask your dentist to check occlusal discrepancies thoroughly and the wisdom teeth may have to be removed in addition. Also do some hot fomentation with a towel dipped in hot water and placed on the cheek {jaw joint} atleast thrice daily.Consultation with an experienced physiotherapist is a must.
