Pain and swelling are common after TKR upto 3 months due to post operative inflammation and healing process.
Anyway there may be causes like hematoma ,infection which has to be ruled out by proper investigation
Better keep in touch with the orthopedic surgeon and high analgesis for pain relief and mobility
