Two most common reason at ur age would be Hypothyroidism and diabetes mellitus do you have any history of taking thyroid medication in past does anyone in your parents have diabetes mellitus then you are a risk of developing both of the disease because your symptoms are quite similar to these illnesses but if you can you elaborate your symptom in detail then we can reach a conclusion how to proceed further. Other reason are vitb12 deficiency and electrolyte imbalance
