Tiny Black spots on teeth
I have tiny black spots on two of my teeth(molars). They are the size of a pen mark. Can they be cured naturally without having to visit a dentist? I don't feel any pain right now and I had first seen these spots around a month back.

Please consult a dentist as soon as possible. You maybe having either tartar or tooth decay. Ignoring it will only worsen the problem
