I have tiny black spots on two of my teeth(molars). They are the size of a pen mark. Can they be cured naturally without having to visit a dentist? I don't feel any pain right now and I had first seen these spots around a month back.

Hello sir.......black spots on your teeth are cavities in teeth .You should visit a dentist and get them filled at the earliest before they become deep.Regards.
