Tiny black spots on and around teeth
Hello doctor, I have noticed tiny black spots on my teeth not able to understand what could have been the cause. Also some times I have very mild pain sometimes ( NOT VERY FREQUENTLY) Pls help me to understand how can this be sorted before it becomes issue.

The picture is suggestive of stains ( mainly caused due to excessive intake of caffeine/tea/ coffee/ aerated drinks) But since you complain of pain this is something to be looked it tooth. The pain could be due to a cavity. You need a dental visit

Black spot might b caries which is giving pain..get one xray done..most probably root canal treatment is to b done ..

Stains, mostly due to iron in drinking water. Get a scaling done by dentist.
