My ear is ringing since last 20 days.
As i consulted ent he dignose ..there is nothing issue in inner ear.

You can try karnpuran (filling ears with medicated oil) with lashun sidddha oil(garlic infused oil) but from authentic panchakarma center after taking ksheerdhoom / steam on face.
Can also try vaatvidhwans vati twice daily.
