Tinia cruris not getting cured
I have been diagnosed with TINEA CRURIS from August of the last year in my GROIN region and a similar itch on my EARLOBES I have got doctor checkup 2 times but but the problem is not solving the itching and the darkness is still there.
My prescribed medication which are gone under are as follows:-
Hydroxyzine tablet 25 mg
Itraconazole capsule 100 mg
Ketoconazole cream
Clotrimazole cream
Terbinafine powder
What i want is that please recommend me some powerfull medication or which could be applied easily as some salts in spray form rather than of cream base.

It's mainly due due fungal infection
Don't wear tight undergarments
Avoid moisture. Keep the area dry and clean
Avoid sharing of clothes
And send me the pics of affected part so that right treatment should be started at the earliest so that it could not spread to other parts
Do not use self medication like steroid cream..

Fungal infection or Ring worm.. when occurs in groin, called as jock itch.. Usually fungal infection is common in moist areas of body like skin folds..It's mostly circular or round in appearance.. May be red or black in colour.. Treatment depending on the type and severity.. Avoid sharing clothes, towels and soap; sweating also increases it..Do direct online consultation for prescription

You may be suffering from tinea cruris which is fungal infection of the inner thighs, groin and buttocks area. It is also called jock itch. It can be treated by taking four to six weeks of anti fungal treatment which includes tablets along with creams. Do not use soap over that area. Mistreatment with over the counter Steroid containing creams like fourderm, panderm, quadriderm, dermi5, betnovate, dermikem OC, candid b etc lead to repeated case of recurrence and also side effects due to application. Do not use steroid containing combination creams. Please call me or contact me using online consult option with photos for detailed prescription.
