Tingling sensation in feet and palm
Hi. I am a diabetic patient. Fasting levels are usually between 100-130. PP are between 120-150 I also suffer from hypertension. Without pills my blood pressure is 140/100. With pills 120/80. Heart beat is always between 100-110 I have Glycomet GP 1 and Stamlo 10 in the morning after breakfast Autocor F after lunch Glycomet GP 1 and Telma 40 after dinner. I have methycobal  as a suppliment. From past 1 week there is heavy tingling in my palm and feet. Things that have changed in lockdown. My maid is not coming. So I kneed the dough and make close to 20 rotis and 2 bhaajis daily. Second change is my laptop I carry on my lap and it's really heavy. Third is I take bath with very cold water. Fourth I sleep naked. Any of the factors you think can be the reason? Also I am working as a assistant manager for training. My job and my salary is secured. I am not stressed on finance part. However I am terrible at home front. Handling household and in laws sometimes is very stressful

Hello! At a very young age you’ve got lifestyle disorders. Hence lifestyle really needs an introspection. Mental stress at subconscious level can play havoc. Meditation in form of ART OF LIVING, Vipassana , pranayama helps immensely along with regular home walk or spot jog during lockdown. The tingling that you’re experiencing is probably Diabetic neuropathy which is seen in a well controlled diabetic too. Also your resting heart rate is high which needs to come down with medication and meditation both. The treatment of neuropathy requires proper prescription
Next Steps
Contact a diabetologist in person or online to get prescription.

Hello.. Your Fasting and pp seems within targets.. Though Hb1Ac is mentioned.. Cause of tingling and numbness could be related to peripheral neuropathy associated with diabetes.. Symptomatic Treatment for this condition is always challenging due to partial response of treatment most of the times...most important is u need to keep your sugars within targets.. We can add medicine for symptomatic relief of your symptoms.. Also I found your weight and BMI is on higher side so need to get down that at least 5 to 6 kg with diet and exercise, these measures will also help in relieving symptoms. U can consult online to endocrinologist!!
Next Steps
Do Hb1ac, Vit D
Health Tips
Physical exercise like yoga and meditation..
