I have a tight foreskin but I can retract it,  it becomes a bit tight around my glans, is it phimosis or is this normal? Is there homoeopathic medicine to correct it?

Yes, if the condition is getting worse gradually then you may require treatment. Otherwise just do one thing. The skin gets loose by regular stretching and retracting. You can do that while bathing. Retraction and also keep a habit of cleaning the area below glans from smegma.
