Taking Thyronorm 37.5 MCG from last two months. TSH is 4.24 ( 0.27-4.2 ) tested today. Any dose revision required. Feeling very much tired with joint pain. Also Total Cholesterol is 227. Blood pressure is 120/95

Hi., I can understand your concern You can continue with the same dose as TSH is normal, plan for TFT after a month. Can take tab astymin forte morning after food for one month will help with tiredness.

Continue same dose of thyronorm. Reduce oil intake in food. Blood pressure is fine
