Hi dear
As only her TSH is increased i would suggest u to wait for another month and repeat the levels sometimes it's just transient and comes in range by itself.
If after a month also it's high then we will change dosage.
Also please share the last report and let me know if she has any swelling in her neck

Her TSH level needs to be around 2.5 to 4micrml.She may need dosage adjustment according to the weight , under the supervision of her doctor.
