I tested thyroid in 2016 TSH level was 4.32 I tested thyroid in 2019 TSH was 5.3 From 2019 to 2022 TSH is normal Now today I got tested TSH is 4.34 I am not taking any tablet related to thyroid Doctors told me it's borderline we will not recommend medication So I didn't decided to take tablet yet Please see my report I am 86kg Height 4.9 Obesity BMI 39.9 What step should I take I am blanked

Please appreciate that there are many causes for Obesity other than Hypothyroidism. You should consult a General Physician, preferably an Endocrinologist in your area for a physical examination, many investigations and proper management. You are only 23 years old and suffering from Malignant Obesity.
