Please get your beta HCG level done and consult a Gynaecologist with the report. If you are not pregnant the treatment will be directed towards the period problem.

Possible Reasons for Missed Periods (6 days delay) 1. Pregnancy – though you used protection and your home test is negative, very early pregnancy can sometimes be missed. If period doesn’t come, repeat the urine pregnancy test after 5–7 days (with first morning urine). 2. Thyroid dysfunction – you mentioned your TSH was 8.037 (high) in March. Uncontrolled hypothyroidism commonly causes irregular / delayed periods or even missed cycles. Your levothyroxine dose (88 mcg) may not be adequate anymore. 3. Stress, anxiety, lifestyle changes – even travel, illness, or weight changes can delay periods. 4. Hormonal imbalance – such as PCOS, perimenopausal changes (depending on your age), or prolactin issues.
Next Steps
Repeat pregnancy test in a week if no periods. Get thyroid levels checked and adjust thyroxine with your doctor. If pregnancy is excluded, a gynec may prescribe medication to bring your periods.

Bhcg is confirmatory test to rule out pregnancy. If that is negative, then you need evaluation for hormonal imbalance

You can repeat thyroid test once and check beta HCG test as well.If the thyroid levels are still high then you need to increase the dose of the medications
