Eat 5 meals in aday. Drink coconut water once in aday. Eat salt free dinner for 4 days in aweek. Oats n wheat dalia in a breakfast. Eat chapatis( 2) with veg / cucumber. Avoid soybean, cabbage n cauliflower. Walk once in a day for 1 hr.
