I recently got my yearly blood test done and got to know I have thyroid of 6.44. I gained 1+ kg weight in just few weeks. I have consulted homoeopathy and I am currently under medication.
I wanted to know the following
1. What is the normal level
2. How can it be brought down for good without medicines? Diet / exercise?
3. What should I eat more and should eat less or avoid
4. How do I control my weight gain? I feel I am blotting up very quick
5. How much should I workout?
Please help..need your inputs to help me get rid of thyroid.

2) Diet n exercise both wrks together with lifestyle modification. I give some activities to my patients too.
3) Eat every 4 hr meal. Less carbs mns oats dalia, 2 chapatis, wheat dalia with dal or veg. Avoid soya, cabbage, cauliflower, fried and maida, canned juices
4)your weight can controlled by avoiding mood swings. Follow healthy dietplan, Dnt remain empty stomach for long time. Eat more of salads. Have cal supplements too for fwet n legs pain
5)4 hrs in a week is enough for wrkout.
