Thyroid issue
My wife is having thyroid issue she is taking medicine regularly right now we did test this time TSh level is 7.71 and she is continuing thronorm 25 mg. Pls suggest if any changes needed.

Dose need to changed.needs strict compliance to Medicine.also need physical activity for atleast 30mins a day .diet changes to be made.avoid cauliflower broccoli etc.stay hydrated

TSH level 7.71 is above the normal limits.25 mcg Thyronorm   needs to be increased to 37.5 -50 mcg according to her body weight to keep the TSH level within the range of 0.4–4 mIU/L.Recheck the TSH level  2-3 months after the dosage adjustment.

According to your wife history and report she is suffering from hypothyroidism. Her value of TSH indicate that she have high TSH on that dose .
