Thyroid dose.
My weight is 80kg and have hypothyroidism. My new test results show tsh-1.26. Can you please suggest the dose changes? I am taking thyronorm 88.

Your present dosage of thyronorm 88 mcg is required to maintain TSH within the normal limit. After 3 months check again TSH level and T3 T4 levels to monitor ,if required change in dose .

Are your thyroid levels maintaining in the same range from past 3 months? If yes then your dosage can be reduced and monthly follow up can be done But reduce the dosage of your thyroid hormone tablet by consulting your doctor

TSH is within normal range. Kindly continue your current dose, Thyronorm 88 mcg, everyday in the morning on empty stomach, 30 mins before food. Repeat TSH and Free T4 in 6 months and review with report.
