If the TSH level is high, and t3t4 are normal it's subclinical hypothyroidism.Treatment is required if only she is symptomatic or her TSH level is above 10.
Repeat the thyroid function tests with anti TPO level after 2 months to compare.
Has she started any treatment, why was the test done?
She can start with tab thyronorm 25microgram one daily before breakfast and repeat test after a month .
Thyronorm 75 mcg one before breakfast in empty stomach .
Add calcium as thyroxine is calcium depleting agent so bones become weak.
