Throat related issue
Hi, I am suffering from mild cough since few days but now cough is much better throat pain got started and it's getting connected with my back also. I am feeling little pain on my back too. So just worried it's a severe problem or Because of whether or something. Last year I was having severe cough that time my ESR was high. Please suggest.

Plz do warm saline gargles or betadine gargles, avoid hot and spicy food and curd for now , steam inhalation will help with cough ... In case it doesn't go away or pain increases plz consult an ent specialist
