Throat pain in right side

Asked for Female, 33 Years

I am taking calcium and iron medicine as my 7th month of pregnancy is running. From 3 days I am feeling pain in right side of throat as on that day I have eaten mango, lassi and lemonade.doing salt warm water gargles. During day it's ok but at night more problems in swallowing. Specially swallowing saliva at night. Cold nahi hai. Kharash pahle toh nahi thi lekin aaj thodi si lag rahi hai.
