Iron and calcium deficient and constipat
I have constipation,gas due to iron and CALCIUM deficient. Doctor prescribe me Goldcal(cacium carbonate500mg) morning after meal,dexorange syrup an softolax taking at night and pan40 in mornung but still I am CALCIUM deficient. So tell me strong medicine of cacium than goldcal
