Good morning It look acute pharyngitis Tab Azithral 500mg 0-1-0 x 3 days..after food Cofsils lozenges 1-2 times a day Tab pan 40mg 1-0-0 x 3 days ...empty stomach Take rest Drink plenty of water Avoid spicy and oily food Take Tab Dolo 650mg if fever is > 100F Take Syrup Ascoril 5ml 2-3 times a day if cough is more Steam inhalation with Sinarest vopocap in that if chest/nasal congestion is there. Do Betadine gargles if sour throat is more

Get your CBP done to check the total leucocyte count. Please start tablet  Cefpodoxime clavulanate twice daily after food for 5 days. Lozenges cofsils twice daily Salt water gargling and steam inhalation. Betadine gargling is preferably better.
