Good morning
It look acute pharyngitis
Tab Azithral 500mg 0-1-0 x 3 days..after food
Cofsils lozenges 1-2 times a day
Tab pan 40mg 1-0-0 x 3 days ...empty stomach
Take rest
Drink plenty of water
Avoid spicy and oily food
Take Tab Dolo 650mg if fever is > 100F
Take Syrup Ascoril 5ml 2-3 times a day if cough is more
Steam inhalation with Sinarest vopocap in that if chest/nasal congestion is there.
Do Betadine gargles if sour throat is more

Lozenges cofsils twice daily
Salt water gargling and steam inhalation.
