Nowadays Antibiotics and that too Azithromycin has become a fashion in the Indian population after Covid. Nobody knows the side effects of it and the patient is self medicating without any proper consultation.
Antibiotic resistance is increasing day by day because of such unethical use of antibiotics.
I would suggest not to take any antibiotics in future. Just do symptomatic treatment for 2 days if not better visit nearby ENT doctor.
