Throat Pain and Running nose
Hi doctor This is Baishali Chatterjee, from last 6 days I'm having bad cold, with continuous sneezing, runny nose, throat pain all the time, had crocin for a little body ache which is fine now, and also had criz M for runny nose, but still it seems to be not recovering and throat pain is more than earlier. Pls suggest some remedy for this.

Saline gargle and steam inhalation may be beneficial. Have rtpcr if there is any history of exposure to Covid patients

Can have Salt water gargling for throat pain inhalation of steam would also help. Keep yourself hydrated.
