IF THROAT PAIN IS MORE TABLET SIGMOFLAM TWO TIMES A DAY AFTER LUNCH AND DINNER FOR THREE DAYS.   NO FRIED, SPICY, FOOD. NO COLD THINGS. SIPS OF LUKE WARM WATER, SIPS OF TOMATO SOUP GIVE YOU BETTER FILLING. O.K, BYE.

Hello there. I can understand your concern. You can take a tab. Monticope-a twice a day after food for 3 days. Drink plenty of fluids. Take steam inhalation thrice a day.
