Vitamin D level came out to be 6
I went for routine chpeckup, in the report i got my calcium 9 and vit D level to be 6. My vitamin d level is very low, sometimesi feel pain in knees nd ankle. Is it life threatening.. Pls help...

It is not life threatening. The best source of vit d is sunlight. Early morning sun. You can take vit d supplements. Its quite common
