Hello, Lately I am finding varying pattern of my voice pitch and it's very low and find hard to speak loud. Unable to figure out is it because of sleep or diet or confidence. I can rule out confidence because I work as a Program Manager and no pressure in lifestyle on professional or personal end. Please advise for some medication and specialist to visit.
Thanks

Voice changes needs to be evaluated by examination of your vocal cords by an ENT specialist followed by voice assessment by a speech language pathologist. Depending on the clinical diagnosis therapy can be planned. Usually voice straining is managed by voice therapy
Next Steps
Consult nearby ENT specialist and speech language pathologist for confirmation of diagnosis and appropriate treatment if required
