Thinking about past
How will i move on from my past ? I had a friend from school but we are not talking anymore which keeps my mind thinking why i am unable to fix it. And i belive stress has lead me to autoimmune disorder now. Had rituximab for it last month but i am still unable to move on from the friendship i had. What can i do for it?? I dnt want lessions to come again. Kinda frustrated with way things are going on this world.

Hi I appreciate that you reach out for your concern The best way to resolve with the past memory is to know few facts Be gentle to yourself Past cannot be undone You can control yourself not others actions, reactions n behaviour Solutions come by talking only Life is an ongoing process so move on by learning by the mistake n  letting go is the best solution Now look at your situation...see the tragedy...even your friend is not aware about that u are sick because of him/her Make a diary Write your thoughts about the disturbing past memories See it's real or u feel Whether you demand by yourself/ other Whether u exaggerated rewrite your changed thoughts after doing above analysis Love yourself...be kind to yourself n let go ..forgive n forget everything that hurts u Start exercising, develop some hobby
