There is Catch in my back since 4 days
I experience a catch like pain in my shoulders sometimes and it pains so bad that I cannot even move and usually happens for like a week and after taking painkillers it reduces, it used to happen to my neck and shoulders mostly. Now this time it happens to my lower back, the pain is as usual severe that I cannot even move, I thought maybe it's because of the mattress and tried sleeping down but it got worse. I'm taking painkillers Tylenol and Aleve. Can it happen to acid reflux patients because I usually have acidity problem too.

Hi, My first advice is that you should take Pantop 40 mg early morning as you are also taking pain killers to avoid severe gastritis. Secondly, There must be underlying cause for constant pain in neck , shoulders and now low back. I advise you to go for a xray full spine or consult a Orthopedician for ruling out disc involvement and then approach a physiotherapist. If it's due to spasm/ muscle strain due to improper posture or sleeping posture, it can be treated by  Physiotherapy which includes electrotherapy and strengthening exercises. Dependence on Pain killers for long is not advisable
Next Steps
Please get it diagnosed with xray and see a physiotherapist immediately

Hello, In my opinion you must be suffering from calcium and Vit -D deficiency. And the catch is because of low water intake and exhaustion of electrolytes in your system , and another factor can be your wrong posture .. a detailed further assessment and  clinical examination is needed and yes taking medicines is not the cure but it is like first Aid in your case .. kindly visit a physiotherapist near you .
Next Steps
1) visit a physiotherapist. 2) visit an Orthopedic as u might need to start Calcium and vit-d supplements.
Health Tips
you can use Hot pack and increase water intake and add electral in your daily routine.

You neck and shoulder pain could be due to neck muscle spasm or cervical disc lesion.  You should consult a physiotherapist or orthopaedist in person for complete assessment and treatment.

Ma'am you need proper assessment which can done by physical consultation. As you mentiined symptoms and pain it is due to weakness and improper posture, deficiency of b12 and d3, improper posture while working in kitchen and sitting, mattress may also be a cause of pains but if the mattress is up and down its is clearly due to it, and if the mattress is flat then no issues with it. If feeling more pain in the mornjng after waking from bed then try change the place of sleeping to check for the mattress. Acid reflux patients feel pain in side lower back and mid back but not in shoulders, upper and neck. Check for vitamin B12 and D3 levels, Do refular early morning exercises to get muscles free and relaxes to avoid pains. Take Gabapin Nt100, Pan40 and zerodol Th4 for 3 days, if nothing improves then visit nearby physiotherapy clinic or neurologist for proper assessment and treatment.
