Tetnus in babies
Hello doctor, my baby is 3 months old and already had two vaccinations of tdap.
Recently as she was unwell she was getting antibiotics via iv.
My issue is once pin of injection touched rusty surface in hospital before injecting her in vein. i asked nurse she said nothing would happen. she was then injected in vein
are there any chances of tetnus as she is not fully vaccinated (2 of 3 doses completed)

There is no connection between tetanus and rust. It is a common myth.
