If you have received a booster dose in past 10yrs , then not required.
But still prefer to get vaccinated with 48-72hrs from time of injury

As per date mentioned by you, it has been more than 48 hours and you did not mention when was the last time you took tetanus so better you take tetanus immunoglobulin rather than tetanus toxoid.

Did you take ur TT vaccination in any recent times ( 6montha ) ? If not I would suggest you to take TETGLOBIN inj as it wil only be helpful in case of post exposure prophylaxis in unvaccinated individuals . TT ( tetanus toxoid ) is for pre exposure prophylaxis. Hope this would be helpful for you
