Any Ayurvedic doctor seeing this, just kindly confirm validation of my medicines for testicular pain:-
1) Guggulu (morning)
2) Punarnava madur (afternoon)
3) Ashwagandha (night)
Problem:- 04 Months old Epydidimysis (Scortum) issue, have already taken anti biotics for one month. No excessive or explicit pain but constant discomfort and sensations.
Can you please confirm these medicines will be okay with conditions in a brief short answer.

Instead of Guggulu better to have Triphala guggulu thrice daily to reduce the inflammation and pain.Punernava mandura reduces swelling but Three tablets per day is required.Ashwagandha also needs to be taken in three doses per day for proper healing.
These will not help..
First of all get ur scrotum ultrasound done and share ur report with me so that I can analyze the problem and give you proper solution..
