Instead of Guggulu better to have Triphala guggulu thrice daily to reduce the inflammation and pain.Punernava mandura reduces swelling but Three tablets per day is required.Ashwagandha also needs to be taken in three doses per day for proper healing.

From Dr. Raghuveer ✅ Your Ayurvedic medicines are generally appropriate for managing testicular pain and epididymitis: Guggulu (morning) – Good for inflammation & pain relief, supports joint health and overall detoxification. Punarnava Madur (afternoon) – Beneficial for fluid retention, reduces swelling, and supports kidney & urinary system. Ashwagandha (night) – Helps with stress, inflammation, and promotes muscle and nerve health. General Advice: ✅ Continue these medicines under supervision, as they support healing and comfort. 🔹 For complete recovery, if no improvement after 4–6 weeks, further evaluation may be needed.
