Testicle pain

Asked for Male, 26 Years

My left testicle norve is paining from last 4 days. Actually before this left testicle was adjusted to below the right one , that time I don't have any pain. When I touch the testicle with some pressure, it's paining, for both. But even don't touch any .the up side part off testicle is paining .I think it is a nerve. So what can I do?whom do I contact?
