Is there any only one single test to recognize tuberclosis? I am MDR TB patient. I am on Ayurvedic treatment. I am feeling better now. So what test should I go for?

Dear madam, i do not think,Ayurvedic treatment will treat  Tb. I do not know,as iam not Ayurvedic specialist. pl go to govt center. They will provide everything. Sputum for afb, and tbnatt test,c/s tests are best in diagnosing Tb.
