Hello sir I have done all test for inguinal scrotal hernia operation all reports are normal but I have left chest pain palpation ? Tightness vocal cord why it's happening further what test I have to do before surgery???

Get an ECG done and monitor BP for some days. If any abnormal findings in both then Fitness of Cardiologist would be required for the Surgery. If both are normal then could be physiological stress before the surgery
