Inguinal hernia
I recently (a week ago)have a inguinal hernia on right side . No pain aur burn is there .My sonography report tells that it is about 1.50 cms defect . PLEASE tell me the treatment(other than the surgery).

Don't strain much and avoid lifting weights... The only way of correcting is by doing surgery
