Hello sir
Approx 30 days ago I did some serious abs excercise and after that for 2 days my pelvic was hurting very very bad, I was also practicing cegal excercise where we contract external urethral sphincter for 30 sec straight and I used to do 5-10 reps of this excercise for 3 times a day,
Now it's been 30 days and still sometimes that pain returns back, not just like before because previously it used to be very intense but now it is more like mild and irritating, and it occurs whenever I got hard morning erection or sometimes when I uses my pelvic muscles then pain occurs, I was doughting for hernia but as a 1st year medical student I checked and didn't find any bulge near deep or superficial inguinal ring, and mostly pain occurs on the right side at the level of deep inguinal ring without any swelling or bulge and pain rediate to complete pelvis on prolong walking,
Is this something serious and should I get it checked or it's just because of overuse of muscles and i should rest.

Your pain is most likely due to overuse/strain of abdominal and pelvic floor muscles from exercise. Since there is no bulge or swelling, hernia is less likely. The mild, persistent pain with exertion or erection is usually muscular. Rest, avoid heavy abs/pelvic exercises, keep good hydration, and gentle stretching can help.
Next Steps
Observe with rest for 2–3 weeks.
If pain worsens, swelling/bulge develops, or you get urinary issues/fever, consult a surgeon/urologist.
If pain persists beyond 2–3 weeks despite rest, get a clinical exam and ultrasound to rule out hernia or other causes.
Health Tips
Avoid straining exercises till fully recovered. Seek early medical evaluation if symptoms worsen suddenly.
