I feel tense after masterbation . I cant study 3 to 4 days after masterbation . I cant stop it after 28 to 30 days . What are the impact of masterbation in physical sexual psychlogical life. And how i can stop it completly

Masturbation is regarded as a normal bodily response to sexual excitement. Ideally one should feel no weakness after the same. It is a normal phenomenon in either sex and is a function of sexual desire. When you sit with a Urologist he will explain to you why it is not possible to stop it completely.
