Hi dude!! Whenever you go for workout perform warm up exercises and during workout proper skilled exercise technique is very important !! For example: if you are performing biceps with dumbbell  place your elbow supported during workout....and for pain now apply hotpack...hope this works better for you.thanks

The pain may be coz of any wrong exercise or wrong way of exercise in gym. It may be due to wrong posture.. You can give some hot fomentation at ur neck shoulder and biceps. If it doesn't reduce consult a physio who can guide you on what's wrong.
