Hello, You cannot get temporary filling as the pulp is exposed . If temporary filling is done chances that pain will aggrevate more . The only treatment of choice is root canal treatment.

Tooth is frankly exposed and the decay reached up till the nerves. Hence , doing a filling can increase the chances of pain. Only RCT is the treatment of choice or if clinically not sound May be an extraction.

Temporary filling is not an option in your case since the cavity is deep and has already involved the nerves. You should get root canal done.
