I have been experiencing teeths pain from past 1 year when the pain started the pain was mild and slowly as months passes pain also increases I am having pain in right teeths upper and lower jaw and in front teeths also sometimes pain gets so sharp I used to press teeths with my fingers. I feel the pain 24/7...I have consulted with the doctors too but they can't diagnosed why this is happening during night the most of the time pain increases.. I have no pain while eating or drinking cold or hot... doctor prescribed me gabbapain medicine but there is no relif what should I do there is no swelling in my gums my xray is normal but when I touch or press my teeths with fingers more pain increases what should I do plz help as it is affecting my routine.

1. The Xray you have uploaded shows partially erupted wisdom teeth, especially the lower ones that can be one reason.
2. It could be post Covid (we need to get your Covid history)
