Hello madam,        Hope you are better now. You have to definitely remove the tooth. It has no space to erupt and if it causes pain nothing can be done for the treatment other than the extraction. Please go for it.

Hi...You definitely need to remove that impacted wisdom tooth, it will not erupt like normal tooth as it is stuck there and has no space to come out.....It will be proper wisdom tooth surgery so u will need to rest for few days, take semisolid diet and mouth opening will be less...there may be slight swelling also...so plan accordingly and get it removed...dnt delay more since it's already troubling you since long...
