I have been having a teethache high pain from last 3 days
Medicine not cure
Home remedies also not cure my pain

The cause of pain could be infection in the tooth. Get an X-ray done and consult a dentist. The infected tooth should be treated.

Hi mam...
Toth ache may be due to dental caries that reaches nerve layer (pulp layer)
If it reaches pulp layer, Root canal treatment should be done...
First and foremost x_ray (IOPA) ii be take to rule out the extent of caries
Next Steps
kindly visit dentist for furthur management
