I am suffering from teethache constantly since yesterday.In past i have suffered from pyorrhoea too.

You need to visit a dentist as soon as possible for the objective diagnosis as well as treatment planning. Please try not to delay your visit before the symptoms aggravate further. Medications will only provide temporary symptomatic relief but will not cure your problem unless treated by the dentist according to the condition of your teeth and gums. Regards.
