Hi,you have something called fluorosis on your teeth from what appears to be from the picture you sent.Consult an experienced dentist and get root canal treatment and crowns done.Home tricks or a whitening toothpaste like Colgate visible white won't help at all because they are intrinsic stains of the teeth.
