Teeth yellow
Its not just yellow.. but the teeth has some yellow plaque kind formation.. need that not be removed ? just polishing is enough? I heard from my friend that bleaching will make the teeth more sensitive in future

Professional cleaning ie scaling will solve your problem , yes for whitening bleaching is needed, and yes side effects of bleaching is sensitive but if it is done with all precautions then you will not face sensitive problem
