Hi...there are two types of teeth whitening system. One is office bleach, that is done in a dental clinic by a trained Dentist, usually takes 2-3 appointments on alternate days with approximately 30 minutes duration of each appointment. Other method is in home bleach, where Dentist provide you the bleaching gel along with the bleaching trays along with instructions of how to use a particular gel according to manufacturer's guidelines and you can use it till you are satisfied with the results. Price varies upon area as well as method used for bleaching.
