Yes definitely, external staining can be removed by scaling and polishing. If you want to remove yellowing of teeth or change the tooth colour to a lighter shade then you have to opt for bleaching

hello madam your yellow stains may be due to deposits of calculus (dirts) in the teeth . everybody should do professional cleaning for about every 2 years . so go ahead a professional cleaning it will give relief from bad odour and bleeding gums and yellow deposits.
